Reply from the job
Open any job and tap WhatsApp to see the whole conversation and reply from the business number, with the thread kept against the job for the rest of the team.
Suggested replies
Optional AI drafts a reply from the business's own details and the conversation so far. Staff read it, edit it if they want, and decide whether to send. Nothing is sent automatically.
Keep your number and your app
Connect the number the business already uses. With WhatsApp's coexistence onboarding, the app on their phone carries on working exactly as it does today.
How it works
- Install the add-on from your ServiceM8 account and approve the access it asks for.
- Connect your WhatsApp Business number through WhatsApp's own secure signup.
- Messages flow both ways: into your ServiceM8 Inbox and jobs, and back out to your customers.
